What out-of-gauge freight is
Out-of-gauge freight is cargo that doesn't fit inside a standard container: machinery that's too tall, equipment that's too wide, or loads too heavy for normal handling. It usually arrives at the port on a flat rack or in an open top container, or needs to move on a specialized trailer once it's off the ship.
Moving it safely comes down to choosing the right equipment and planning the move before the truck rolls.
